Security and Privacy

Alpaca Natural guarantees secure transactions. All purchases made with credit cards on our virtual shop are guaranteed: Alpaca Natural uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from our merchant account provider (2checkout) to ensure that your credit card information is safe when using our ordering system. Purchases with credit card from our virtual shop have no additional risks. The received orders will be processed of Monday through friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Peruvian time). Alpaca Natural guarantees the privacy and data protection for our customers and users. The data facilitated by the customer on different forms installed in our website will not be object of processing of any type, except the essential to guarantee a correct operation of the service. Thus, these data will be exclusively used for identification and storage of the machine from where the request of our service has been done. Once this has been verified the information will be destroyed.

Shipment rules

Shipping is under the following regulations that customers must agree on: Alpaca Natural will wait 24 hours for the customer to change its mind about the order. Due that our products are handmade, orders are usually despatched to the assigned address in 1-3 weeks, but please allow us up to a maximum of 28 days, depending on stock availability. On receipt of your order we will let you know approximately how long your order will take. We ship our products by International Express Mail Service (EMS) a special delivery of the Peruvian Postal Service: SERPOST Company, that operates in cooperation with postal services throughout the world. Liability on delivery dates are the sole responsibility of SERPOST. Customs declaration and all the documents related to the shipping will be included in the package. Peru has free trade treaties for hand made products with most countries, so chances are that our products will be admitted in your country costless. However it is possible that some countries require additional information from the client or tax payments at customs in order to clear the shipment. In these cases the customer is fully responsible to provide any documentation or payment at customs. If the shipment were refused or ignored by the customer, the courier will contact him again within the next 15 days in order to set another delivery date or the order will be sent back to our shop. In that case, if the client requires the order again, all costs for devolution and new shipment should be assumed by him. If the product arrives with any imperfection to the client or the delivery order does not match the original order, devolution is possible. Application forms for changing products must be sent within the 72 hours after the reception of the order. For your security please open the parcel in front of the courier and write down any deficiencies you might find. If you require any additional information on the regulations for shipping, do not hesitate to consult us.

Change of products

The customer is able to change the products for others of the same of higher value (paying the price difference) from our virtual shop, only if the product has not been damaged or altered. You only need have to contact us. All costs for devolution and new shipment should be assumed by the customer. Application forms for changing products must be sent within the 72 hours after the reception of the order.

The weights mentioned on our webpage are approximate, because each piece is individually HANDMADE and cannot be 100% identical to another. All pictures, illustrations and designs are sole property of Alpaca Natural.
